Brendan Guenther, Chef/owner of Rocker Oysterfeller’s Kitchen and Saloon, Valley Ford, Sonoma County, rising star in the North Bay culinary community will showcase lamb dishes reflecting the Carneros heritage of farmers, sheepherders and its Mexican-American community on May 30 at the annual celebration of Carneros Wines, Vines, Woolies and Wetlands

Guenther, whose establishment was described as “hip and cool,” according to a recent article in the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, is largely considered among the culinary cognoscenti as a “young chef to watch” within the Northern California food community.

Rancho Gordo Heritage Beans will also be a component of the BBQ. For a recent New York Times article about Rancho Gordo click here. The complete menu will be posted soon.
