Saturday May 31st - Lamb BBQ

 Executive Chef Jeff JakeThis year Executive Chef Jeff Jake of the Carneros Inn will lead the Lamb BBQ.

In addition to creating and overseeing the menu for the Lamb BBQ, Jeff also will continue the tradition of the lamb burgers and apricot chile chutney accompanying the Bar-B-Que for the past two years (click here for the 2007 menu).

This year will see the addition of specially prepared lamb sausages grilled to perfection as a distinctive component of the Bar-B-Que.

Many thanks to the Napa County Farm Bureau “Grillers” under the direction and leadership of Al Wagner, Clos Du Val, for grilling the lamb each year since the Fest’s inception.

The Lamb BBQ will feature artisan lamb from Niman Ranch provided by the American Lamb Board.
